Sickness Policy
Due to Willow Blossoms Studio being a mama-owned, home-based, small business that is operated solely by Mariana Pulley, this policy will be effective immediately. Operations will pause on the occasion that my children or I become ill and will not resume until we have fully recovered. Should this policy be enacted while there are rush orders to be processed, all affected clients will be contacted to find a reasonable solution. While we hope to stay healthy as much as possible, I want it to be made clear that should the unfortunate happen, this is how I will handle things. Thank you for understanding and supporting us!
Return and Refund Policy
- All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for customized products.
- Returns are only accepted for defective items.
- We understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 24-hours of delivery with images and your order number so we can work to find a solution!
- Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be in unused condition, wrapped in original packaging.
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refund amounts before issuance.
- Any returns received without prior approval and an issued RMA number will not be processed.
- Once returns/refunds are processed, please wait 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original payment method as it may take longer for some financial institutions to process.
