No, at this time we only ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. 

• All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned.
• Returns are not accepted for customized products.
• Returns are only accepted for defective items.
• We understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances happen during shipping.  If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 24-hours of delivery with images and your order number so we can work to find a solution!
• Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  
• Returns must be in unused condition, wrapped in original packaging. 
• A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refund amounts before issuance. 
• Any returns received without prior approval and an issued RMA number will not be processed.
• Once returns/refunds are processed, please wait 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original payment method as it may take longer for some financial institutions to process.

Processing times vary per item. Most items will be ready to ship within 1-5 business days of ordering. 

Customized products and any pre-orders will have a listed processing time in the item description. 

All packages are shipped out on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. 

Yes! At checkout, you can select local pick up and set your own appointment time. You will receive an email when your order is ready. We will have a special container located beside our front door for you to collect your items. 

Pick up times are allotted in 15-minute increments during the following times.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9AM - 12PM, 1PM - 5PM

Yes! When necessary, we will implement a rounding policy to compensate for the penny shortage. As pennies become obsolete, we will round down to the nearest nickel for cash transactions. If exact change is necessary, we encourage our customers to utilize all of the electronic options of payment that we have listed.

How Do I Purchase?  

• Gift cards can be purchased online through our partner's website, GiftUp!, and can be emailed directly or printed by you at time of purchase.

How Long Until the Card is Activated?

• Please allow 24-48 hours for card activation. 

Are There Related Fees?  

• Yes, there is a one-time service fee of 7.11% + 0.49 USD to cover processing at time of purchase.

How Do I Check My Gift Card's Balance?  

• For remaining balance inquiries, please contact us directly. 

How Do I Redeem My Gift Card Online? 

•  Redeem your gift card online by entering your code into the coupon/promo code area at checkout or in person by bringing your code with you! 

Do Gift Cards Expire?

• No! Our gift cards do not expire. Feel free to use them immediately or save them for the future.

Can I Return a Gift Card Once Purchased? 

• No, all gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned/refunded. 

Can I Use My Gift Card with Other Discount/Promo Codes? 

• No, only one code may be entered on our website at a time. 

Can I Purchase Gift Cards with a Gift Card? 

• No, you cannot purchase additional gift cards with a gift card as our partner, GiftUp!, is the one that processes all of our gift card transactions. 

Can I Use a Discount Code When Buying Gift Cards?

• No, you cannot apply any discount codes when purchasing a gift card as payment is processed through our partner, GiftUp!.
